• Our team has invented and developed multiple compounds that have entered clinical trials, including three marketed drugs.

• Led cross-functional discovery/ development teams to accelerate and optimize movement of compounds from discovery into development.
  

• Have successfully led outsourcing projects for 15 years in the U.S., Europe, and Asia.

• Have evaluated multiple vendors for there capabilities in medicinal chemistry, biology, process development, and cGMP manufacturing.

• Executed process chemistry optimization strategy, budget, and cGMP scale-up of a complex natural product.

• Experience in negotiating contracts as to define deliverables and assure intellectual property protection.

• Utilized experimental procedures, specifications, analytical methods, and  analytical data from CROs to support CMC section of an IND, patent applications, and publications.
